Requirements
- Between the ages of 21 and 60
- Have an up-to-date Identification card
- Have documentation or deeds to land properly registered in your name
- No pending bills with other institutions nor with PIAD
- Must complete all relevant PIAD forms
Approval Term
- 1-2 days
Condition of the Loan
- Agricultural loans are granted throughout the harvest period (8 months to 1 year) and amortized by fixed payments
- annual interest rate of 20% or a monthly interest rate of 1.67%
- Minimum loan $200
- Maximum loan $3,000
Forms of Payment
- Payment plans are offered depending on the clients attitude and risk assesment
Microenterprise
Requirements
- Between the ages of 21 and 60
- Have an up-to-date Identification card
- Have documentation or deeds to land properly registered in your name
- No pending bills with other institutions nor with PIAD
- Must complete all relevant PIAD forms
Approval Term
- 1-2 days
Condition of the Loan
- Periurban credits are granted for 1 to 3 years depending on the clients income and are amortized monthly
- annual interest rate of 20% or a monthly interest rate of 1.67%
- Minimum loan $200
- Maximum loan $15,000
Forms of Payment
- Payment plans are offered depending on the clients ability to pay
Awarding Credit Values
- From $100 to $300 USD with clean INRA title or other legitimate documentation in the applicant's name.
- From $400 to $1000 USD with solid references plus a reference from a solvent resident of the city
- From $1000 to $3000 USD credit for rural microenterprise with claim of mortgage plus a reference from a solvent resident of the city
- PIAD also grants credits at the periurban level to clients in transport, artisans, and other trades with solid references
- Farmers may also obtain these credits if need be
